4月11日至13日,黨委(wei)副(fu)書記、工(gong)會主席張世(shi)榮(rong)帶隊赴(fu)大冶有(you)色(se)金屬集團控股有(you)限公(gong)司調研高(gao)技(ji)能(neng)人才創(chuang)新(xin)工(gong)作室創(chuang)建工(gong)作。大冶有(you)色(se)集團總經理王(wang)焱、工(gong)會主席張建強出席,雙(shuang)方就(jiu)工(gong)會工(gong)作進行了(le)專題座談交流。
張建強介紹了大(da)冶有(you)(you)色(se)集團工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)在發揮工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)職能(neng)、企(qi)業班(ban)組(zu)建設(she)、職工(gong)(gong)創新創效等方面工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)情況(kuang)。張世(shi)榮(rong)對大(da)冶有(you)(you)色(se)集團工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)和(he)班(ban)組(zu)建設(she)給予了高度評價,希望借鑒大(da)冶的成功經驗(yan),將有(you)(you)研集團工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)提升至新水平。
座談會后(hou),張(zhang)世榮一行(xing)參觀考察了宋幸(xing)福創新工(gong)作室(shi)、“火車(che)頭”創新工(gong)作室(shi)、“藍(lan)領(ling)聚(ju)場”職(zhi)工(gong)創新工(gong)作室(shi)等優秀車(che)間班組,與相(xiang)關(guan)班組負責(ze)人(ren)就(jiu)班組創新創效、基礎(chu)管理、民主管理、績效考核等方面工(gong)作進行(xing)了交(jiao)流。
參觀結(jie)束后,張世榮主持(chi)召開了學習大冶有(you)色集團工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)經驗交流會(hui)(hui)(hui)。會(hui)(hui)(hui)上,他要(yao)求參加調研人員要(yao)學以致用,深入推進工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)落到實(shi)處(chu)。他強調,工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)一定要(yao)堅(jian)持(chi)政治性(xing)(xing)、群眾性(xing)(xing)、先進性(xing)(xing),要(yao)以“三個有(you)利于”為指導,將工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為黨建和業務融合(he)的(de)(de)有(you)力抓(zhua)手,以“止于至善”的(de)(de)精神(shen)將工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)做深做實(shi),為集團高質量發展做出(chu)貢獻。
