國(guo)聯研(yan)究院動力電池(chi)(chi)性(xing)能測(ce)試評(ping)價班組自2016年(nian)正式運行,主要開展電池(chi)(chi)熱安全測(ce)試評(ping)價與分(fen)析(xi)、電池(chi)(chi)耐久性(xing)評(ping)價與失效分(fen)析(xi)等測(ce)試服務與技(ji)術研(yan)究工作。截止(zhi)到目前(qian),現有人員10名(ming),設(she)備二(er)百多臺,年(nian)產值近(jin)千萬,檢測(ce)服務水(shui)平得(de)到了(le)客戶的高(gao)度認可。
推(tui)進體系(xi)化建(jian)設(she)(she),規(gui)(gui)(gui)范班組管(guan)(guan)理(li)。2016-2017年,班組按質量(liang)體系(xi)建(jian)設(she)(she)和5S管(guan)(guan)理(li)要求,從設(she)(she)備(bei)、人(ren)員、環境等(deng)方面(mian)入手,逐(zhu)漸(jian)規(gui)(gui)(gui)范班組的實驗室(shi)管(guan)(guan)理(li),比(bi)如,制(zhi)(zhi)定了(le)(le)(le)(le)實驗室(shi)管(guan)(guan)理(li)制(zhi)(zhi)度、值班管(guan)(guan)理(li)制(zhi)(zhi)度、設(she)(she)備(bei)管(guan)(guan)理(li)制(zhi)(zhi)度等(deng)實驗室(shi)規(gui)(gui)(gui)章制(zhi)(zhi)度,建(jian)立了(le)(le)(le)(le)實驗室(shi)設(she)(she)備(bei)日常巡檢臺賬,通過不同顏(yan)色(se)線條標識(shi)規(gui)(gui)(gui)范了(le)(le)(le)(le)實驗室(shi)資產的擺(bai)放地點等(deng)。通過以上(shang)措(cuo)施,保障了(le)(le)(le)(le)檢測(ce)工作及時性、準確性,提高了(le)(le)(le)(le)班組運行效率。2018年,鑒于(yu)檢測(ce)業務量(liang)不斷增加,公司領(ling)導(dao)高度關(guan)注班組業務發展,啟動了(le)(le)(le)(le)實驗室(shi)擴建(jian)工程(cheng),并于(yu)當年完成了(le)(le)(le)(le)擴建(jian)工作。
筑(zhu)牢自我提(ti)(ti)升理念,保(bao)障(zhang)(zhang)檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)服務水平。2019年,班組(zu)(zu)進(jin)(jin)一步完善了(le)(le)國標檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)項目管(guan)理,并(bing)積極推進(jin)(jin)擴(kuo)展法(fa)規(gui)性(xing)(xing)檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)能(neng)(neng)力建(jian)設工(gong)作,取得了(le)(le)強(qiang)檢(jian)/CNAS/CMA的(de)(de)檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)資質。考慮(lv)現(xian)有電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)方法(fa)與電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)實際(ji)應(ying)用(yong)評(ping)價(jia)存(cun)在差距的(de)(de)現(xian)狀,班組(zu)(zu)以(yi)(yi)解決行(xing)業共性(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)關鍵問題為(wei)切入點,搭(da)建(jian)了(le)(le)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)熱安全測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi),電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)耐久性(xing)(xing)等一系列電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)應(ying)用(yong)評(ping)價(jia)與分析平臺,查閱(yue)日本、美國等國家(jia)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)規(gui)范,做了(le)(le)大(da)量(liang)的(de)(de)驗(yan)證試(shi)(shi)驗(yan),建(jian)立(li)了(le)(le)較為(wei)完整(zheng)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)證標準(zhun)規(gui)范,拓展了(le)(le)班組(zu)(zu)檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)業務范圍(wei),為(wei)行(xing)業檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)標準(zhun)的(de)(de)規(gui)范化提(ti)(ti)供重(zhong)要參考。同(tong)時(shi),通過(guo)班組(zu)(zu)例會(hui)、員工(gong)培訓等方式,轉變班組(zu)(zu)檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)思(si)維方式,從關注(zhu) “完成(cheng)檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)任務”轉變為(wei)“精益求精為(wei)客戶提(ti)(ti)供優質服務”。為(wei)了(le)(le)提(ti)(ti)高檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)技(ji)術水平,班組(zu)(zu)積極開(kai)展檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)準(zhun)確性(xing)(xing)、可重(zhong)復性(xing)(xing)相(xiang)關影響因素的(de)(de)研(yan)究試(shi)(shi)驗(yan),為(wei)動(dong)力電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)標準(zhun)的(de)(de)更新換代奠定基礎(chu)(chu)。比如(ru),高能(neng)(neng)量(liang)密(mi)度(du)的(de)(de)動(dong)力電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi),其材料熱穩定性(xing)(xing)相(xiang)對(dui)(dui)較差,性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)受(shou)環(huan)境(jing)(jing)溫度(du)的(de)(de)影響較大(da),放(fang)置(zhi)(zhi)于波動(dong)度(du)為(wei)±0.5℃、均勻度(du)為(wei)±2℃以(yi)(yi)內(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)環(huan)境(jing)(jing)箱(xiang)內(nei)(nei),不同(tong)位置(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)擺放(fang)仍會(hui)帶來電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)平行(xing)樣(yang)品(pin)的(de)(de)容(rong)量(liang)偏差(≦2%左右(you))。為(wei)了(le)(le)保(bao)障(zhang)(zhang)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)的(de)(de)準(zhun)確性(xing)(xing)和一致(zhi)性(xing)(xing),班組(zu)(zu)長云(yun)鳳玲將熱特性(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)理論基礎(chu)(chu)應(ying)用(yong)于實踐中,提(ti)(ti)出(chu)用(yong)換熱系數(shu)(shu)評(ping)價(jia)不同(tong)位置(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)溫度(du)效果差異,并(bing)組(zu)(zu)建(jian)以(yi)(yi)栗敬(jing)敬(jing)為(wei)主的(de)(de)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)小(xiao)組(zu)(zu)和以(yi)(yi)劉施陽(yang)為(wei)主的(de)(de)計算小(xiao)組(zu)(zu),針對(dui)(dui)實驗(yan)室(shi)不同(tong)類型(xing)的(de)(de)環(huan)境(jing)(jing)箱(xiang),根據(ju)(ju)風(feng)道、風(feng)速(su)、風(feng)向(xiang)剪裁合適的(de)(de)絕(jue)緣(yuan)墊板,重(zhong)新設計樣(yang)品(pin)擺放(fang)位置(zhi)(zhi),將電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)平行(xing)樣(yang)品(pin)的(de)(de)容(rong)量(liang)差異控制在1%以(yi)(yi)內(nei)(nei),并(bing)以(yi)(yi)此成(cheng)果申報專(zhuan)利一項。

跟蹤市場需求,以(yi)技術創新促發(fa)(fa)展。在(zai)長期與(yu)(yu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)生產(chan)企(qi)業、上游車企(qi)的(de)(de)(de)溝通過程中,班(ban)組(zu)發(fa)(fa)現客(ke)戶(hu)十分(fen)關注用(yong)于熱(re)(re)管理設計(ji)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)熱(re)(re)物性參數(shu)(shu)(shu)——導(dao)熱(re)(re)系(xi)數(shu)(shu)(shu),但是(shi)(shi),目前(qian)沒有快(kuai)(kuai)速(su)準確(que)的(de)(de)(de)檢測(ce)(ce)手段。班(ban)組(zu)長云鳳(feng)玲(ling)獲(huo)知(zhi)這個(ge)情況后,積極組(zu)織項目攻關,設置(zhi)以(yi)劉施(shi)陽為主的(de)(de)(de)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)開(kai)發(fa)(fa)小(xiao)組(zu),以(yi)云鳳(feng)玲(ling)為主的(de)(de)(de)理論計(ji)算小(xiao)組(zu),開(kai)展導(dao)熱(re)(re)系(xi)數(shu)(shu)(shu)測(ce)(ce)量方法研究(jiu)工(gong)作。目前(qian),電(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)(de)(de)導(dao)熱(re)(re)系(xi)數(shu)(shu)(shu)主要依據(ju)(ju)(ju)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)組(zu)成設計(ji)參數(shu)(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)(de)分(fen)項導(dao)熱(re)(re)系(xi)數(shu)(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)(de)加權計(ji)算獲(huo)得(de),但是(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)(de)(de)設計(ji)參數(shu)(shu)(shu)對應用(yong)客(ke)戶(hu)來說一(yi)(yi)(yi)般都(dou)是(shi)(shi)未(wei)知(zhi)的(de)(de)(de),如(ru)何(he)快(kuai)(kuai)速(su)測(ce)(ce)試(shi)獲(huo)得(de)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)(de)(de)導(dao)熱(re)(re)系(xi)數(shu)(shu)(shu)對于電(dian)(dian)池(chi)實(shi)(shi)際(ji)(ji)應用(yong)意義重大(da)。班(ban)組(zu)集思廣益,廣泛搜尋資料,包(bao)括國內外專利、文章等相關資料,大(da)膽設計(ji)實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan),與(yu)(yu)創新事業部合作,制備多(duo)款(kuan)不同體系(xi)電(dian)(dian)池(chi),采(cai)用(yong)理論計(ji)算模擬數(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju),與(yu)(yu)設計(ji)的(de)(de)(de)導(dao)熱(re)(re)系(xi)數(shu)(shu)(shu)測(ce)(ce)量實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)數(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)進行對比驗(yan)(yan)(yan)證的(de)(de)(de)方式,開(kai)展檢測(ce)(ce)方法研究(jiu)工(gong)作。通過班(ban)組(zu)成員近(jin)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)月加班(ban)加點的(de)(de)(de)努(nu)力試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan),嚴謹(jin)求證,終于摸索出一(yi)(yi)(yi)種快(kuai)(kuai)速(su)實(shi)(shi)現導(dao)熱(re)(re)系(xi)數(shu)(shu)(shu)測(ce)(ce)量的(de)(de)(de)方法,該方法實(shi)(shi)測(ce)(ce)數(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)與(yu)(yu)理論計(ji)算數(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)偏差(cha)在(zai)3%~5%,圓滿達成預期目標。實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)是(shi)(shi)檢驗(yan)(yan)(yan)真理的(de)(de)(de)唯一(yi)(yi)(yi)標準,班(ban)組(zu)積極將研發(fa)(fa)成果推廣應用(yong),已經服務電(dian)(dian)池(chi)企(qi)業和(he)車企(qi)客(ke)戶(hu)6家,獲(huo)得(de)一(yi)(yi)(yi)致專業好評。目前(qian),該創新成果撰寫(xie)國內發(fa)(fa)明專利2篇、PCT國際(ji)(ji)專利1篇。
這是創新工作促進檢測(ce)業(ye)務高質量發(fa)(fa)展的(de)典型的(de)事例(li)之(zhi)一,這樣(yang)的(de)例(li)子(zi)還有很多(duo),比如一種鋰離子(zi)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)在環境箱內散熱均(jun)勻性(xing)的(de)測(ce)試方法,一種實現鋰離子(zi)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)充放電(dian)(dian)最(zui)大(da)允(yun)許功率快速測(ce)量的(de)方法、一種鋰離子(zi)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)可(ke)逆鋰消耗量的(de)評價方法等。隨著班組(zu)的(de)發(fa)(fa)展,這樣(yang)的(de)創新成果會越(yue)來越(yue)多(duo)。
雖然班組在近幾年(nian)的建(jian)設(she)發(fa)展中,取得了較好的成績。但是,在當前檢(jian)測機構多、市場份額有限的情況下,如何發(fa)揮黨(dang)組織(zhi)引領作(zuo)用(yong),實現檢(jian)測服務與(yu)創新工作(zuo)相互(hu)融合、相互(hu)促(cu)進,打(da)造一支國聯特(te)色的動力電池(chi)檢(jian)測技術服務團(tuan)隊,滿足并設(she)計客戶和市場需(xu)求,還將(jiang)是班組持續探索(suo)的課(ke)題和奮斗目標。
