11月19日在(zai)院會議中(zhong)心召開了(le)部分研(yan)究(jiu)生導師培訓會。進一步加強有(you)研(yan)總(zong)院研(yan)究(jiu)生導師隊(dui)伍建(jian)設,明確研(yan)究(jiu)生導師崗(gang)位職責,深入(ru)交流研(yan)究(jiu)生培養(yang)經驗,提升品德修養(yang),嚴守學術誠信,確保研(yan)究(jiu)生培養(yang)質量。
上午對31名(ming)近三年來取得碩士和(he)博士研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)導(dao)(dao)(dao)師(shi)資格的導(dao)(dao)(dao)師(shi)進行(xing)培(pei)訓,邀請(qing)了(le)(le)博士生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)導(dao)(dao)(dao)師(shi)朱強(qiang)教(jiao)(jiao)授(shou)和(he)莊(zhuang)衛東教(jiao)(jiao)授(shou)分(fen)別作了(le)(le)專題(ti)報告,研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)部牛慧賢副主(zhu)任(ren)對(dui)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)培(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)相關制度(du)作了(le)(le)說(shuo)明。江軒(xuan)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)長助理主(zhu)持(chi)開班儀式并講(jiang)話,指出(chu)導(dao)(dao)(dao)師(shi)培(pei)訓是一項(xiang)長期(qi)任(ren)務(wu),特別強(qiang)調研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)導(dao)(dao)(dao)師(shi)不僅(jin)僅(jin)是業務(wu)尖(jian)子,還要(yao)為人師(shi)表(biao),更要(yao)注重研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的德(de)育教(jiao)(jiao)育,研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)導(dao)(dao)(dao)師(shi)首先(xian)要(yao)講(jiang)誠(cheng)信、講(jiang)道德(de),遵守科學規范。朱強(qiang)教(jiao)(jiao)授(shou)介(jie)紹和(he)分(fen)析(xi)了(le)(le)歐(ou)美(mei)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)培(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)模(mo)式,對(dui)我(wo)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)培(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)有那些(xie)啟(qi)示與(yu)(yu)借鑒,同時對(dui)今后研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)培(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)和(he)導(dao)(dao)(dao)師(shi)們展開了(le)(le)熱烈(lie)討(tao)論。莊(zhuang)衛東教(jiao)(jiao)授(shou)作了(le)(le)題(ti)為《如何當好研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)導(dao)(dao)(dao)師(shi)》的報告,圍繞導(dao)(dao)(dao)師(shi)與(yu)(yu)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的關系(xi)、導(dao)(dao)(dao)師(shi)職(zhi)責、研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)育關鍵(jian)環(huan)節等實際問題(ti)和(he)與(yu)(yu)會導(dao)(dao)(dao)師(shi)們分(fen)享了(le)(le)經驗。研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)部牛慧賢副主(zhu)任(ren)向(xiang)導(dao)(dao)(dao)師(shi)們介(jie)紹了(le)(le)我(wo)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)育的基本情況、管理制度(du)、相關政策和(he)重要(yao)培(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)環(huan)節等內容(rong)。

下午的培訓以“讓(rang)學(xue)生(sheng)成為(wei)科(ke)學(xue)家(jia)(jia)”為(wei)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)題(ti)(ti),舉(ju)行了(le)(le)科(ke)學(xue)道(dao)(dao)德(de)和學(xue)風建設宣講報(bao)告(gao)會(hui)(hui),會(hui)(hui)議邀請(qing)了(le)(le)北京大(da)學(xue)嚴(yan)純(chun)華院(yuan)(yuan)士和北京市(shi)科(ke)協田文副(fu)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)席作主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)題(ti)(ti)報(bao)告(gao),全院(yuan)(yuan)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)導(dao)(dao)師(shi)及部(bu)分在讀研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)參加了(le)(le)報(bao)告(gao)會(hui)(hui),會(hui)(hui)議由(you)李彥利副(fu)院(yuan)(yuan)長主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)持。嚴(yan)純(chun)華院(yuan)(yuan)士以(yi)《如何(he)做(zuo)好(hao)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)導(dao)(dao)師(shi)》為(wei)題(ti)(ti),就圍繞如何(he)培(pei)養(yang)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)成為(wei)科(ke)學(xue)家(jia)(jia),提(ti)出(chu)導(dao)(dao)師(shi)對(dui)學(xue)生(sheng)的培(pei)養(yang)應(ying)注重人文修養(yang)與科(ke)學(xue)技(ji)術(shu)的結合(he),在注重科(ke)研(yan)(yan)能力培(pei)養(yang)的同(tong)時,更應(ying)注重道(dao)(dao)德(de)品性的培(pei)養(yang)。田文副(fu)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)席的報(bao)告(gao)以(yi)《從科(ke)學(xue)基(ji)金監(jian)督工作窺視研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)培(pei)養(yang)過程中若干問(wen)題(ti)(ti)》為(wei)題(ti)(ti),結合(he)國家(jia)(jia)自(zi)然資金委員(yuan)會(hui)(hui)監(jian)督委員(yuan)會(hui)(hui)處(chu)理的實際案例向(xiang)大(da)家(jia)(jia)揭(jie)示了(le)(le)學(xue)術(shu)不端(duan)行為(wei)后果的嚴(yan)重性,呼(hu)吁大(da)家(jia)(jia)弘揚科(ke)學(xue)道(dao)(dao)德(de),反對(dui)科(ke)學(xue)不端(duan)行為(wei)。李彥利副(fu)院(yuan)(yuan)長對(dui)培(pei)訓進行了(le)(le)總結,培(pei)訓會(hui)(hui)為(wei)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)導(dao)(dao)師(shi)提(ti)供了(le)(le)一個良好(hao)的經驗交流和研(yan)(yan)討(tao)平臺,增強導(dao)(dao)師(shi)在科(ke)學(xue)道(dao)(dao)德(de)和學(xue)風建設中的作用,引(yin)導(dao)(dao)導(dao)(dao)師(shi)和研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)遵守學(xue)術(shu)規范(fan)、嚴(yan)守學(xue)術(shu)誠信。
