1978年我國(guo)恢復研(yan)究生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)招生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)制度,我院即成立了研(yan)究生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)作小組(zu),開始招收碩士研(yan)究生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)。1981年開始招收博士研(yan)究生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)。1985年成立北京有色金(jin)屬(shu)研(yan)究總院研(yan)究生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)部。

現有(you)兩個(ge)一級(ji)博士(shi)(shi)、碩(shuo)士(shi)(shi)學(xue)位授(shou)權學(xue)科:材料(liao)科學(xue)與(yu)工程(cheng)、冶金(jin)(jin)工程(cheng),另有(you)分析化(hua)學(xue)、礦物加(jia)工工程(cheng)兩個(ge)碩(shuo)士(shi)(shi)學(xue)位授(shou)權點,具有(you)材料(liao)科學(xue)與(yu)工程(cheng)、冶金(jin)(jin)工程(cheng)兩個(ge)博士(shi)(shi)后(hou)科研(yan)流動站(zhan),并與(yu)多家企業聯(lian)合建(jian)立(li)博士(shi)(shi)后(hou)工作站(zhan)。

心系職工辦實事 當好貼心“娘家人”—有研集團工會獲2020年有色金屬行業職工權益保障調研報告一等獎

近日,中國機械冶金建材(cai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)會通(tong)報2020 年有(you)色(se)金屬行業(ye)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)權益(yi)保(bao)障(zhang)調研情況(kuang),經綜合評定,有(you)研集(ji)團(tuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)會提交的(de)調研報告《同心抗疫 權益(yi)保(bao)障(zhang)》榮(rong)獲一等獎。

此次調(diao)(diao)研(yan)工作是中國(guo)機械冶金建材(cai)工會(hui)深入學習(xi)(xi)貫(guan)徹(che)習(xi)(xi)近平總書記(ji)關于調(diao)(diao)查研(yan)究(jiu)的重要論(lun)述,針對新冠疫(yi)情影響(xiang),為全面了解掌握有色金屬行業企(qi)(qi)業生產(chan)經營和職工權益保障情況而組織(zhi)開展的,調(diao)(diao)研(yan)范圍涉及(ji)12個省份的多家(jia)相關企(qi)(qi)業,形成了一批高(gao)質量的報告,調(diao)(diao)研(yan)達到了預(yu)期(qi)目(mu)的。

2020年,有研集團(tuan)一(yi)手抓疫(yi)情防控,一(yi)手抓復工復產,從職(zhi)工思想動(dong)態著手,發現問(wen)題,化解矛盾,在面(mian)臨疫(yi)情影響壓(ya)力下,仍然保障了(le)職(zhi)工工資收(shou)入和社保福利不減,保證了(le)廣大職(zhi)工就業(ye)和生(sheng)活穩定,自覺維護職(zhi)工隊(dui)伍和社會和諧穩定,體現了(le)央企(qi)的責任擔當。 

有研集團工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)在(zai)集團黨(dang)委領導下,突出抓(zhua)好維護和(he)服務兩項基本(ben)職(zhi)(zhi)責,為職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)辦實(shi)事做好事解難事,積極開展調研并形成調研報告(gao)。報告(gao)從“困(kun)難職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)幫(bang)扶工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作體系(xi)建(jian)設”、“構建(jian)完善(shan)以提升(sheng)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)生(sheng)活(huo)品(pin)質為靶向(xiang)的(de)服務職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作體系(xi)”、“切(qie)實(shi)保證職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)民主權(quan)益(yi)”、“深化開展技能要素(su)參(can)與(yu)分配工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作,切(qie)實(shi)提高技術工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人待遇”四個維度詳細闡述了近年來集團工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)針對(dui)保障職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)權(quan)益(yi)采取的(de)創新工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作思路和(he)舉措以及取得(de)的(de)初步成效。

下(xia)一(yi)步,有研(yan)集團工會(hui)將(jiang)積(ji)極做好理論研(yan)究(jiu)和實用性(xing)(xing)調研(yan)成果的(de)(de)轉化,切(qie)實把調研(yan)工作作為工會(hui)一(yi)項基礎性(xing)(xing)、常規(gui)性(xing)(xing)工作,力求做到“貼近中心促(cu)發展、貼近職工辦實事、貼近基層搞服務”,讓職工群(qun)眾(zhong)真正(zheng)感受到工會(hui)是“職工之家(jia)”,工會(hui)干部(bu)是最(zui)可(ke)信賴的(de)(de)“娘家(jia)人”。
