1978年(nian)我國恢復研(yan)究生(sheng)(sheng)招(zhao)生(sheng)(sheng)制度，我院即成(cheng)立了(le)研(yan)究生(sheng)(sheng)工作小(xiao)組，開始招(zhao)收碩士研(yan)究生(sheng)(sheng)。1981年(nian)開始招(zhao)收博士研(yan)究生(sheng)(sheng)。1985年(nian)成(cheng)立北京(jing)有色金屬研(yan)究總(zong)院研(yan)究生(sheng)(sheng)部。
現有(you)兩個一級博(bo)士(shi)、碩(shuo)士(shi)學(xue)(xue)位授(shou)(shou)權(quan)學(xue)(xue)科(ke)：材料(liao)科(ke)學(xue)(xue)與(yu)工程(cheng)(cheng)、冶(ye)金工程(cheng)(cheng)，另有(you)分析(xi)化學(xue)(xue)、礦物加工工程(cheng)(cheng)兩個碩(shuo)士(shi)學(xue)(xue)位授(shou)(shou)權(quan)點，具有(you)材料(liao)科(ke)學(xue)(xue)與(yu)工程(cheng)(cheng)、冶(ye)金工程(cheng)(cheng)兩個博(bo)士(shi)后科(ke)研流(liu)動(dong)站，并與(yu)多(duo)家企業聯合建立博(bo)士(shi)后工作站。
