1978年(nian)(nian)我國恢(hui)復研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)生(sheng)招(zhao)生(sheng)制度,我院(yuan)即成立了研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)生(sheng)工作小組,開始招(zhao)收(shou)碩士研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)生(sheng)。1981年(nian)(nian)開始招(zhao)收(shou)博士研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)生(sheng)。1985年(nian)(nian)成立北京有色金屬(shu)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)總(zong)院(yuan)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)生(sheng)部(bu)。

現有(you)兩個一級博(bo)士(shi)、碩士(shi)學(xue)位(wei)授權學(xue)科:材料科學(xue)與工(gong)程、冶(ye)金工(gong)程,另有(you)分析化學(xue)、礦物加工(gong)工(gong)程兩個碩士(shi)學(xue)位(wei)授權點,具有(you)材料科學(xue)與工(gong)程、冶(ye)金工(gong)程兩個博(bo)士(shi)后科研(yan)流(liu)動(dong)站(zhan),并與多家企業聯合建(jian)立(li)博(bo)士(shi)后工(gong)作站(zhan)。

個人簡況

 

1984年(nian)7月(yue)(yue)(yue)西(xi)安冶金建筑學院(yuan)(yuan)(現(xian)(xian)(xian)西(xi)安建筑科(ke)技(ji)(ji)大(da)學)金屬壓力加工(gong)(gong)專(zhuan)業本科(ke)畢業。1984年(nian)8月(yue)(yue)(yue)至1986年(nian)8月(yue)(yue)(yue)在(zai)重慶鋼鐵設(she)計(ji)(ji)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)院(yuan)(yuan)軋鋼設(she)計(ji)(ji)室工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。1986年(nian)9月(yue)(yue)(yue)至1993年(nian)6月(yue)(yue)(yue)在(zai)北京(jing)科(ke)技(ji)(ji)大(da)學攻讀碩士、博(bo)士學位,于1993年(nian)6月(yue)(yue)(yue)獲工(gong)(gong)學博(bo)士學位,隨后到北京(jing)有(you)色金屬研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)總院(yuan)(yuan)(現(xian)(xian)(xian)更名為有(you)研(yan)(yan)科(ke)技(ji)(ji)集團有(you)研(yan)(yan)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)技(ji)(ji)術研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)院(yuan)(yuan)有(you)限公司)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)至今,現(xian)(xian)(xian)任有(you)研(yan)(yan)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)技(ji)(ji)術研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)院(yuan)(yuan)有(you)限公司技(ji)(ji)術總監(jian),博(bo)士研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)生導師,享受國務(wu)院(yuan)(yuan)特殊(shu)津貼專(zhuan)家(jia)。

長期從事鎂合金(jin)材料(liao)強(qiang)(qiang)韌化理(li)論與技(ji)術(shu)(shu)、航空航天(tian)用高強(qiang)(qiang)高韌以(yi)及高強(qiang)(qiang)耐(nai)熱鎂合金(jin)材料(liao)、先進制(zhi)備技(ji)術(shu)(shu)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu),作為負責人主持(chi)完成了十(shi)余項、作為骨干(gan)參加了十(shi)多項本專業領域的(de)國家級科技(ji)計劃項目的(de)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)工作。

發表SCI或EI論(lun)文近百篇,合(he)著《鎂(mei)基輕質(zhi)合(he)金(jin)理(li)(li)論(lun)基礎(chu)及其(qi)應用》專著1部,獲(huo)鎂(mei)合(he)金(jin)相關的授權發明專利四十(shi)余項(xiang),注冊(ce)鎂(mei)合(he)金(jin)新牌(pai)號11個。獲(huo)省部級(ji)科技進(jin)步一等(deng)獎(jiang)2項(xiang)(排(pai)名(ming)第(di)一)、二等(deng)獎(jiang)4項(xiang)(其(qi)中(zhong)三項(xiang)排(pai)名(ming)第(di)二)。培養的學生(sheng)全面發展(zhan),科研學術能力強(qiang),近些年指導的博(bo)士生(sheng)中(zhong)有2名(ming)博(bo)士生(sheng)獲(huo)得“優秀博(bo)士畢業論(lun)文”,1名(ming)博(bo)士生(sheng)獲(huo)“北京市優秀畢業生(sheng)”,多名(ming)學生(sheng)獲(huo)各(ge)等(deng)級(ji)“院長(chang)獎(jiang)學金(jin)”,所有畢業學生(sheng)均走向了(le)理(li)(li)想的工作崗(gang)位。
